Terms of Use — Rabbi Ben Zion Nissan's website

This English version is provided for convenience only. The Hebrew version is the binding text.

Welcome to the website of Rabbi Ben Zion Nissan (a registered business in Israel) (hereinafter: the "Site Management" and/or the "Business"), which offers guidance and spiritual support services, the performance of traditional ceremonies, and the sale of protective items (hereinafter: the "Services" and/or the "Products").

Use of the site, its content and its services is subject to your full agreement to the terms set out below. Browsing the site or purchasing a service or product constitutes express agreement to these terms.

1. Nature of the services and proper disclosure (spiritual clarification)

The Site Management and the office team draw on spiritual tradition, Kabbalistic faith and ancient customs, including the lead-cleansing ceremonies, Pidyon Nefesh and the various tikkunim mentioned on the site.

Medical and mental-health clarification: None of the spiritual services offered claim any medical qualification, none promise to cure or prevent any health or mental-health problem, and none are in any way a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other consultation, diagnosis or treatment.

Financial and business clarification: The prayers and livelihood tikkunim mentioned on the site are a segulah for blessing and for strengthening a person's faith and their own practical efforts, and nothing more. They contain no promise or guarantee of financial results, repayment of debts or monetary gain of any kind.

2. Fees and purchasing services

It is agreed and clarified that the fees charged on the site for the spiritual services (₪36 for the lead ceremony, ₪180 for a Pidyon Nefesh or weekly tikkun, and ₪260 for a tikkun for the departed) are a symbolic amount intended solely to cover the physical running costs of the office, the materials required for the ceremonies (such as the lead, the water and the vessels), and the transfer of the Pidyon Nefesh funds to charity as is customary in the tradition.

Cancellation and refund policy: Since this is a personally tailored spiritual ceremony (preparing the lead, mentioning the name in the tikkun), the purchase cannot be cancelled and no refund can be given once the ceremony has been performed or once the Rabbi has begun the tikkun for the name provided, as it is a product consumed and prepared specifically for the consumer, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Purchase of a physical product: In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is returned to the Business's offices in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

3. Age restriction and permissions

Purchasing and using the site are permitted only to persons aged 18 and over. Minors under 18 may not make purchases on the site or register for services without the express permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Intellectual property

All content, images, page designs, site logos and texts appearing on the site are the exclusive property of the Site Management. The site's content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from these terms or from use of the site lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
