1. The information we collect
We collect two kinds of information on the site:
Information you provide voluntarily: When you leave your details, schedule a call or pay by card, you are asked to provide personal details such as your full name, mobile number, email address, and names and details for prayer or blessing. Card payments are processed securely by the authorized external provider Invoice4U, and full card details are never stored on the site's servers.
Automatic technical information: While you browse, anonymous statistical information is collected about browsing habits, browser type, device type, IP address and time spent on the site.
2. Use of the information and anti-spam law
Providing the service: The information and names you provide are used solely to perform the prayers and ceremonies and to supply the products ordered.
Direct messaging on WhatsApp (Israeli Communications Law): We send updates, segulot or marketing offers on WhatsApp only to users who have given their express, active consent in advance via the checkbox provided for that purpose on the page.
Immediate unsubscribe: Any user may remove themselves from the mailing list at any time by sending the words "הסר צ'אט" (remove chat) on WhatsApp. The number is then automatically and fully removed from the marketing lists within 24 hours.
No transfer to third parties: We undertake not to sell, rent or transfer your personal details or phone numbers to any third party without your express consent.
3. Cookies policy
The site uses cookies (small text files stored on your device) to improve the browsing experience, secure the site, and for analytics and targeted advertising:
Functional cookies: Required for the site to work properly, for the payment process and for filling in forms.
Analytics cookies: (Google Analytics) help us understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve its performance.
Internal measurement: The site stores a random, anonymous identifier on your device (no name, phone number or any identifying detail) to count visits and unique visitors and to learn which parts of the site are viewed and of most interest. This information is used only to measure the site's performance and is not passed to third parties. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Advertising and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel): The site uses Facebook/Meta tracking code for paid advertising and targeted campaigns (including "click-to-WhatsApp ads") based on visitors' preferences.
Disabling cookies: You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, but note that doing so may impair some of the site's functions (such as the purchase process).
